Just a few things: First, try watching this WITHOUT any volume and you'll see where some of the sharp movements are not being seen at all.
Second, make sure to watch yourself to see if you are happy with what you are doing. You may realize you are slouchy, not holding your chin high enough, or not making your movements as big as you wanted. I always like to watch what I'm doing because often what I think I am doing and how I think I look is often difference than what I am really doing!
